PROJECTS IN THE WORKS

I am always working on several things to keep my mind busy and distracted. Most of these projects extend to the rest of the Dancing Bottles Team, either by me bugging them or by it becoming a true group project.
The biggest one we're working on is "Random Select" a gaming comic who realizes that its unoriginality is unoriginal thus creating an original unoriginality. yes I checked that statement and yes it does work, but yes we are starting our own webcomic, more on that to come.
In the private folder I am personally working on a Murder Mystery novel tentatively titled "Hugh Got Me". It is a sad attempt to revitalize one of my favorite genres "Noir Detective" about a private eye named Hugh who has all the makings of an old fashioned detective who is trying to make it in a modern world. There is a supporting cast of his ex police partner Sgt. Craig Philips, his assistant/Secretary Jessica, and even a geeky gas station attendant named Gil.I haven't figured out exactly how I want to start it, but I know where it's going. So hopefully it will be finished within a year. Yup I'm slow.
We have also been working on a card game for a few years now called XG12. Once we are completely satisfied with the game we will have full announcements on how to obtain our cards.
That's it for now boogie cans.

When you realize that your internal thoughts sound like Dexter...

I was at a party last Friday night. This is nothing new, I go to them all the time during a semester, but ususally I go with a large group of friends or I go to meet up with said group.this time I went with just my girlfriend, her roommate, her roommate's sister, and the sister's fiance`. This ment my level of distraction was far lower than it normally would be... also I only had 2 tall boys of Coors with me. So I wound up thinking about the parties.

I was standing in a stuffy, hot as hell room, with some scattered remaining fog that was coughed out from a quick burst of the Fog Machine, there was some Rap and Hip-Hop music, that I couldn't name to save my life, blaring out of a speaker in the corner; the usual stupid stuff. Everyone was dancing and having a good time but I could not answer one simple question to myself: "Why?".

I realize that the standard response is "Because it's fun, DUH!"

But I caught myself thinking about it all objectivly and the question came back as "Why is this fun?" it was an ok time, I played some beer pong, listened to some random rap music which was a small downside (readers will quickly realize that I hate most rap music, and I'm not a big fan of most country either.)

well that's it

THIS IS THE BLOG THAT NO ONE READS

So yeah, a Blog ... Whooohoo?
I still agree with Zero Punctuation's Yatzee in that a "Blog" sounds liek something living on the bottom of the ocean and is slimy.

anyways, this is now officially the first Dancing Bottles Group blog post.
I'm Wave, you can fund me on several sites under that handle or the handle Wave Summers or some variation there of.
